What we collect

If you send an inquiry, we receive what you type: your name, your email address, and your note. That is all the form collects.

Our site measures aggregate visits (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) so we can see what is working. This measurement does not identify you and does not follow you to other sites.

How we use it

Inquiry details are used for one purpose: to respond to you. They are stored securely and are not added to any marketing list.

We never sell or rent your information, and we never share it except with the service providers that run this site (hosting and secure storage), who may not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept while we correspond with you and for a reasonable period after, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by writing to us through the same form.

Client information

For families who engage the practice, the handling of records, consent, and sharing with your physicians is set out plainly, in writing, before any engagement begins. Nothing is shared without your consent.
