Private cognitive health advisory · Vancouver
The science ofcognitive health,seen whole.
Your complete picture, held in one place: watched, coordinated, clearly told.
The gap
Neurologists diagnose.
Family doctors manage medication.
Loved ones worry.
Between them, the picture arrives in fragments. Seeing the whole of it, over years, across specialists, in plain language, is no one’s job.
One clear picture.
That’s the work Lucida does.
The approach
One practice, where it all connects.
A relationship, not an assessment
A baseline across eight domains of brain health, tracked patiently for years: preventatively at 60, attentively at 85.
The science, responsibly
The research frontier, read continuously and translated honestly: what's promising, and what isn't ready.
Alongside your physicians
Summaries before appointments, follow-through after. Recommendations, not prescriptions: clinical decisions stay with your doctors.
“A single measurement can mislead.
The trajectory is what matters.”
The Signature Program
Eight things a family no longer carries alone.
One complete monthly engagement for mind and body: private, personal, and limited to a few families.
Cognitive monitoring
The baseline, revisited. Change legible early.
Lifestyle optimization
Sleep, nutrition, stress, connection.
Medical coordination
Nothing falls between specialists.
The family briefing
One clear written picture, monthly.
Research updates
What's promising. What isn't ready.
Mindfulness sessions
Steadiness for the mind.
Movement sessions
Balance, breath, and strength for the body.
Brain training
Structured practice, honestly measured.
So the question “how is Mum doing?” finally has a clear answer.
A month with Lucida
The rhythm of a quiet month.
Early in the month
The check-in
The picture, revisited. A guided movement and mindfulness session, at home.
Mid-month
The coordination
Summaries ahead of appointments. Loops closed after.
Throughout
The research watch
Only what matters to your family ever reaches you.
Month's end
The family briefing
One clear written picture: what changed, what's next.
What arrives in your inbox
Monthly briefing · excerpt
Your mother is doing well. Sleep is the focus; the change is holding. The hearing consultation is confirmed, and I’ll be in the room. Nothing needs a decision from you this month.
What changed · What we did · What’s ahead · What to watch
Illustrative excerpt. Every briefing is written personally, for one family.
How an engagement begins
It begins slowly, on purpose.
Step 1
A conversation
Unhurried and mutual. No obligation.
Step 2
A baseline
Eight domains, measured while things are well.
Step 3
An ongoing relationship
Quarterly check-ins, the monthly briefing, coordination throughout.
About Kelly
The person whose job is the whole picture.

Kelly Li
Founder & Cognitive Health Advisor · Vancouver, BC
Most of what you’ll read about the aging brain is either too frightening or too good to be true. Sorting the two is quiet, patient work, and it is the work I do.
Lucida is deliberately small: one practice, one relationship, held over years. I run the assessments, write the briefings, and lead the sessions myself, so nothing is lost in a handoff.
I’m trained in the cognitive assessment tools this depends on, and I read the research closely every day. I’ll tell you what’s promising, what isn’t ready, and what’s worth taking to your physician. I do not diagnose or prescribe; your doctors do.
And because the mind lives in a body, my training in yoga and mindfulness shapes the movement and breath in every program.
